​On March 19, 2003, the premiere of South Park​'s seventh season, Trey Parker and Matt Stone announced that they were teaming up with Mark Burnett to develop a computer animated series about three adult-aged children titled ​Zachary, Grace and Lexia for MGM Television. The first episode aired on Comedy Central on May 5, 2004. On September 16, 2015, the premiere of South Park​'s nineteenth season, Comedy Central announced that the show would be cancelled after twelve seasons. The final episode aired on March 10, 2016, consisting a total of 334 episodes. Jon Stewart was a producer for seasons 2, 7 and 10 only, and Busboy produced those seasons.
